H2A Worker Basic Recruiting

 

Labormex Inc. has been in business for over 6 years, we specialize in finding the most cost effective way of handling all of your agricultural labor requirements. We have a great reputation and will gladly provide references. Labormex Inc. assists clients with H-2A applications, taking care of all of the paperwork from submitting initial application forms with the Department of Labor and USCIS to scheduling consulate appointments, and filling out Employee forms. We will basically assist and guiding employers through the whole H-2A process.

Our mission is to be the leader in locating and recruiting highly-motivated Mexican Labor for the North American Market. Labormex is constantly recruiting qualified people from various fields and backgrounds. Our pool of applicants ranges from unskilled laborers to highly skilled tradesmen.

OUR TEAM.

Recruiters: Our recruiters come from various backgrounds in order to find relevant experienced workers. We have a team specializing in Human Resource Management, Hospitality and Agriculture.

 Delta Team: Our Delta team consists of recruiters who travel to different parts of the country where Labormex does not have offices in order to find workers with specific talents and skills. Our database allows us to input and share applicant information in real time.  

 Psychologist: Conducts various psychometric and intelligence exams, as well as the initial interview.

THE RECRUITING PROCESS.
 Pre screening: (initial pool of applicants)

Labormex will build a pool of applicants who have the following characteristics: 

  • Must be medically fit, and pass a pre-placement medical exam.
  • Must pass drug test.
  • No criminal record.
  • Previous experience.
  • At least 5 years of full time employment since they left school.  
     
 
H2A Application for Colorado NASWPP

DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION NEEDED FROM APPLICANTS. 

1) Applicants will be asked for a letter called “Carta de No Antecedentes Penales”. This letter is issued by the Mexican government and lets us know if they have a criminal background.  

2) Labormex asks for the following Identifications:

  • Valid Passports
  • Credencial de Elector
  • CURP or Birth Certificate 

3) Personal references and job references: Labormex asks for at least (2) personal and job related references. Notations regarding the references are added to their record in our database.

FINAL INTERVIEW.

Company may send representatives to conduct final interviews or leave it to our discretion. We encourage employers to participate as much as possible in the recruiting process since ultimately they will be the ones dealing with applicants on a day to day basis.
Labormex will have as many translators available as needed in order to conduct interviews. Labormex will make all of the arrangements in order to have applicants ready for the final interview. Please let us know ahead of time if your company will need any special equipment.
Other Interview Options: Web cams may be setup in order to conduct interviews. Phone interviews may be conducted.     Applicants may be chosen directly from our database.

FEES:

These prices include our fees only for the application assistance and recruiting.

(Employers are responsible for advertising fees, DOL fees, USCIS fees, Consulate fees, CSC fees and transportation fees.)

201+ workers: $50 per worker
101-200 workers: $75 per worker
50-100 workers: $100 per worker
20-49 workers: $150 per worker
11-19 workers: $200 per worker
1-10 flat fee $2000
