Minimum Wage Announcement: Federal minimum wage increases to
$7.25 per hour effective July 24, 2009. In general, all employers in Colorado must continue to pay the state minimum wage
of $7.28 per hour. More info.
The Colorado Division of Labor administers laws and regulations
governing wages, minimum wage, youth employment, certain
union issues and grievances, and employment-related immigration laws.
