HIRE VETS FIRST JOB FAIR

Free event offers great job opportunities plus access to resources and information

(DENVER)  -- On November 6, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment will join with the Veterans’ Employment & Training Service of the U.S. Department of Labor to offer the Hire Vets First Job Fair, a recruiting event that will connect military members with a wide variety of job opportunities.  Whether you’re ready to make a major career transition or simply want to explore your options, you’ll find employers at the event who will be interested in talking with you.

The Hire Vets First Job Fair offers plenty of free parking and is RTD accessible.  Local businesses are hungry for talent and this is the place to find it.  Almost fifty employers will be at the Hire Vets First Job Fair and they are seeking workers from entry-level to experienced or supervisory.  It’s a great chance to meet with many prospective employers in a brief period of time.  Veterans staff from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment will be on-hand to talk with job seekers about their career goals and how to reach them.
