UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE INTEGRITY
The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity branch will be a leader in proactively
developing innovative ways to conduct business to most effectively support the
integrity of the UI Program, minimize the cost of abuses to the citizens and
employers of Colorado, and provide superior service to both external and
internal customers. The UI Integrity branch will do this by maximizing the use
of available resources, utilizing new technologies, and reducing process times
The mission of the UI Integrity branch is to detect employer and claimant
fraud, establish and collect overpayments, conduct employer audits, collect
delinquent tax reports and taxes due, and conduct quality reviews of benefit
payments for the citizens and employers of Colorado to ensure compliance with
unemployment laws and regulations.

UI Integrity consists of Benefit Payment Control, Benefit Accuracy
Measurement, and Tax Audits, which perform the functions listed above. For more
