BOAM Committee

Led by Tony Gagliardi and Sue Carparelli, the primary focus of the Business Outreach & Marketing (BOAM) Committee is to communicate the benefits of Colorado’s workforce system to business and job seekers. BOAM members have introduced a state marketing plan that promises to increase the visibility of the Colorado workforce system. As part of an awareness campaign, Governor Bill Owens has declared September, Workforce Development Month. The Colorado Workforce Development Council has joined with the local workforce centers, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, KUSA 9News, and the Denver Office of Economic Development to spearhead several statewide and local events.
