Division of Workers' Compensation The Division of Workers' Compensation is pleased to offer "Fillable Forms". A "Fillable Form" allows the user to open the form on-line, click in the information boxes, type directly onto the form at their PC and print it. These forms are available in the Adobe pdf format and can be used by downloading the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. This free software lets the user view the form, type onto the form, and print the form, however, the form cannot be saved to the computer hard drive or e-mailed. The "Fillable Forms" should not be confused with the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process. EDI is an electronic transmission method for mass filing of forms. The fillable forms replace the need for typewriters and handwriting. They are not meant to be emailed to parties. See individual forms for instructions on appropriate mailing.
