Medical Treatment Guidelines, Rule 17

Special Instructions for Rule 17 Medical Treatment Guidelines Exhibits 1-10:

 

Rule 17 and the Medical Treatment Guideline Exhibits were revised on September 29, 2005, with an effective date of January 1, 2006. Those revisions were non-substantive changes, i.e. reformatting, renumbering and correcting typographical errors. The 9/29/05 revisions did not include any analysis of medical literature or substantive update of the rules.
