Recycling with
Vendors
The State
of Colorado and the Department of Labor and Employment encourage
purchases of recycled products. Several State Price Agreements
offer recycled products and this page highlights two of those
Price Agreements: Office Supplies; and Paper Products. If you
would like to research other categories of purchases for
recycled offerings, here is the link to the State Price

(State Price Agreement): Purchases
from either vendor listed here are limited to office supplies
and other types of purchase may not be made from these vendors
(e.g., furniture, toner cartridges, computer
equipment/supplies). Paper Price Agreement (including recycled
paper): The State of Colorado has several Paper Price
Agreements, which can be found at the website listed above,
under the commodity titled “Paper.”
Sun Office
Products (formerly Inovus Office Products)
Several categories of recycled products are offered and are

To locate recycled
products:
1) For the top 200 recycled items go to the opening page
(called the “online home” page), to the right of the screen
under “My Catalogs”, select State Recycled Items.
Or,
2) In the search box (near
the top) titled “enter keyword or item #” type “recycled”
and click Go – this brings up all recycled items in the Sun
Office Products catalog. If you want to narrow your search,
type “recycled binder” in the search box and click Go.
Faison/Corporate Express
Several categories of recycled products are offered and are
found on their website:

Faison/Corporate Express.
To locate recycled
products, click the box on the opening screen titled “Go
Green choose Ecoffice.” The next page lists several
categories of green products.
Please note the small
pictures, clicking on the pictures will tell you whether
this product is recycled, has a lesser or reduced effect on
human health and environment, meets Green Seal standards,
etc.

To find recycled paper: On
the opening screen is a list of catalog/categories under the
grey title “Catalogs.” Below that is a drop-down list,
select “Recycled Products.” Once the catalog list is
repopulated, you can select several categories of products
like “Paper & Paper Products.” Look for the green chasing
arrows.
To place an order, click on
the item and there will be an “E-mail this page” option.
Send this item and description to your person designated to
place your orders from OfficeMax and then you are done.
